VA SHIVA INNOVATION CORPS™ program consists of various levels of support. The program starts with the high school students aged 14 to 18 years filling out an application form. The application should contain such details as student’s name, address, school details, mentor’s name (such as a school teacher or a youth program director locally in student’s area), and the innovative idea that the student is seeking to develop into a practical business.
While a number opportunities exist currently for students in major cities, especially students of high schools affiliated with major universities, the Innovations Corps program rallies local support from philanthropists, professionals and businesses located in inner cities and villages for students in their neighborhood.
CytoSolve, Inc. was founded in 2011 by Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai, Ph.D., an MIT systems scientist, the Inventor of email and creator of EchoMail. CytoSolve has developed the world’s first computational platform for scalable integration of molecular pathway models. The platform provides an important contribution to the field of Systems Biology. Using CytoSolve™, complex molecular pathway models have been tested and built for EGFR, nitric oxide and Interferon (IFN) pathways. Without CytoSolve™, the integration of complex molecular pathway models is largely manual, time-consuming and in many cases, not possible.

Find the right combination for YOU!
Created by Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai, the Systems Health™ educational program consists of three courses: Systems Biology, Systems Medicine, Systems Care. All courses are available online, enabling convenient access at any time, from any location in the world. Each course consists of five to six professionally produced videos, online reading assignments, and an online final exam. Upon passing the final exam you will receive an advanced training certificate from Systems Health™

So you had a big vegetarian dinner with fresh plump corn kernels, wonderfully firm soybean tofu, and a salad of squash with delicious dressing made with canola oil. Later, you had vegan ice cream with sweetener from sugar beets. What a healthy meal! Or, was it? A new study, just completed by the research team of the Systems Biology Group of the International Center for Integrative Systems, and published in a peer-reviewed journal, Agricultural Sciences, suggests that those ingredients, all of which were likely genetically modified (GM), are not the same as the ones your grandma made. Those are likely filled with higher levels of formaldehyde, a known cancer-causing chemical --- a carcinogen.
Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai was invited by the MIT Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science to give a workshop at “MIT Can Talk.” He began his presentation, titled “Visualizing the Narrative,” by engaging the students in a debate of the famous Challenger space shuttle disaster. Twelve hours before the Challenger exploded, engineers were working hard to convince managers that the Challenger should not take off due to the possibility of damage to the O-rings from the low temperatures. Management was unconvinced by the engineers’ presentation, launched the shuttle, and the rest is tragic history.
